'That is speaking to an absolute need for STEM education.'”...And awhile back I linked to a story about (American) restaurants rounding dining bills up or down to avoid the need for pennies… here's an entertaining (and persuasive) YouTube video that's been around for awhile, arguing for the abolishment of pennies altogether:
