Science, Measurement, and Learning



Many of you will have read this story somewhere before, about a student in a physics class, answering a question (I first read a version of it back in the 1970's). I just discovered this telling of it on the ever-wonderful "Cut-the-knot" site, and it's always worth introducing to more folks.
