Another blast-from-the-past today. Futility Closet has long served up wonderfully quirky offerings sometimes almost hard-to-believe. One-such, via their podcast, I linked to well over a year ago was the bizarre story of bookish Mark Hewitt, a 20th century American imposter who taught physics, math, and engineering at various academic institutions, despite being a high school dropout.
